Each year, our London-based sugars business takes on around ten carefully chosen graduates who we believe are capable of being the leaders of tomorrow. From Operations and Packing to Sales & Marketing and Finance, our graduates are challenged from day one and supported through the programme with individual, tailored training and development, in the friendly environment of Thames Refinery, which cares not only about making one of the UK's favourite household brands, but also about supporting the local community and looking after its people.
